This Article mostly talked about all the negative influences that marijuana has in our community a lot of the article is pointed to teens saying that teens are the ones that are most likely to do Marijuana, but teens are not the only problem adults that have become addicted to the drug are also big causes of why marijuana is such a popular drug. In using the drug not only is it damaging to ones health but there is a high risk of trying more intense drugs like cocaine, heroin, and LSD, children that use marijuana before the age of 12 are 42 times more of going on to try cocaine, heroin, and LSD. But not all users get addicted to the drug because everyone has different reactions to the drug, some people like the effects and others dislike the effects. I believe as a teen we should never even try it and only concentrate on our education because an education is the only thing that is going to help us in life, not smoking pot. Overall, the drug truly is a gateway drug and no good can come out of smoking marijuana.
